- Reservation must be made on the phone, not through the website. Credit card for security deposit for all vehicle rentals required at booking. Children must be at least 5 years old. Each buggy holds one driver and one passenger. All drivers must be 21 or older with valid driver's license. Early bird special is only valid at 11 a.m. Limit 1 per person for early bird special option, may buy 1 additional as a gift for the 3-wheel buggy option.
