Al and Catherine Ponte have a goal for Scandals Salon and Day Spa that defies its name: creating a drama-free atmosphere where patrons feel welcome. Just about the only thing scandalous is how unfair it is that the salon gets such a heavily saturated team of hair designers, barbers, aestheticians, and massage therapists.
