What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
_Secret Spa started as a mission to help people get to know, take care of and fall in love with their skin. I want to convey that it's never to late to start. I believe in quality over quantity. I want my guests to feel like they are my only client, with my personal dedication to their skin's needs. _
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is making people feel and look as good as possible. The positive exchange of energy between a client and myself is deeply rewarding. When I see the glow of their skin, the sparkle in their eye because they feel good about themselves and their skin, I've done my job.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Tears were the best reaction I've gotten. I performed a microdermabrasion on a woman who never had anything done before. When I finished she looked in the mirror and cried. She told me I took 15 years off of her. She shined up like a new penny. She left vowing to take care of her skin from then on.
