Inclement weather: (an unexpected change in the weather AT TOUR TIME will always allow you the chance to reschedule or cancel). Weather related cancellations are entitled to a full refund inclusive of any additional handling and/or credit card fees. Other cancellations requires a 48-hour advance notification IN WRITING (email to Segway.charleston@gmail.com or text to 843-834-0725). A 48-hour advanced warning is the only way to assure that you will receive cash credit sent back to your charge or debit card (ticket value only; we do not refund any processing or credit card fees). While our cancellation guidelines are some of the most generous in the local hospitality industry, we do ask you to note the stipulations & limitations. We will always issue a gift certificate with a 2 year validity window in lieu of cash if you do not meet our cash refund guidelines. We will always try to be understanding of last-minute emergencies and can often work with you, but refunds will only be issued as a gift certificate that can be used at a later date or can be transferred as a gift to someone else. Weather cancellations with the exception of a government issued emergency and/or evacuation order CANNOT BE DONE IN ADVANCE OF A TOUR TIME/DATE. Refunds for tickets purchased using Groupon are only subject to a 1 year validity window Gift certificate; unfortunately, we cannot offer cash refunds for Groupon purchases.
