Yoga is a mind and body practice that involves movement, breathing, and meditation techniques to promote mental and physical well-being. In this personalized experience, you will be able to meet your needs, goals, and abilities while witnessing your personal progress with each class.
We will begin by assessing your current level of experience and discussing objectives for your practice. After that, Olha will create an efficient sequence of yoga poses and exercises. This includes a combination of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation.
During private sessions, Olha provides focused attention, guidance, and assistance to ensure proper alignment, technique, and posture. Each session lasts for 60 minutes, with an additional bonus of 10 minutes for Q&A and feedback.
