About Shockoe Bottom CrossFit

In the 5,000-square-foot space, Shockoe CrossFit's trainers will take you through movement basics required for intense workouts that are guaranteed to get results. A keen coaches eye will evaluate and correct movement faults so you can get the most out of any workout. SBCF's 3-Week long On Ramp course offers a very non-intimidating introduction to a CrossFit gym. Simple movements will provide a great cardio workout that will result in a basic understanding of different models of fitness. Coaches and veteran CrossFitters will take you through group warm ups, workouts, and cool downs so you can get the very most out of an hour long session. On-Ramp is designed for the beginner in mind. Movements are taught in a way to keep you safe and simplify complex to make you fit! class will be offered Tuesday and Thursday at 6:40 a.m. or 7:15 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. starting July 11. Course signup also includes a Nutritional program to help you on your road to fitness. Please redeem prior to that date to save a spot in the course. - Client will receive a nutritional plan to go along with group workouts.
