Can I bring my service dog to the massage room? (Polk)

Your service animals are welcome as long as you pay proper care to them, respect other people's sessions, and make the environment as quiet and sanitary as a spa should be.

Do you have a shower room?

POLK / TAYLOR :

Currently, we do not have access to a shower facility; however, we can provide you with a warm, damp towel to wipe off.

WNC/SAN MATEO :

A shower room is available upon request in advance. Please let the receptionist know before your session if you need to use the shower room after the massage.

Where can I park? Do you have a parking area?

Most people park on the street or in a nearby parking garage. We do not offer parking.

​What to wear?

We provide fully clothed services during all traditional Thai massage sessions. For additional sessions, we supplied robes, towels, and blankets. Please do not hesitate to seek assistance from our staff if you require an additional towel, robe, or blanket.

Can I bring my child to wait for me inside the massage room? (Taylor, WNC)

We kindly request that visitors abstain from bringing minors to the spa since this measure is intended to preserve the serene atmosphere. The responsibility of monitoring the actions of a young person is with the adult aged 18 or above. We will only perform massages on minors who are older than 16 years old with signed consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must be present before, during, and at the end of the session.

Can I bring valuable items?

If possible, refrain from bringing your jewelry and personal belongings to the spa, as you will not need them for any part of the session. It is important that you do not leave such items in treatment areas if you carry them.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 5 - 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time. This allows time to fill out an intake form, change, and prepare for the service. ​
