About Chen's Acupuncture and Wellness Center
Peishan Chen's journey to opening Chen's Acupuncture and Wellness Center was a long one, literally. The graduate of the prominent Sun-Yat Sen School of Medical Sciences left behind an ob/gyn practice in her native China to come to America and become a licensed acupuncturist and board-certified Chinese herbalist. Now, the SeattleMet 2014 Top Doctor and her staff fend off aches and stress with wellness services that eschew medication for natural, holistic therapies. For the center's namesake treatment, the team employs the ancient practice of inserting acupuncture needles into key points in the body to vanquish ailments such as joint pain, sleep disorders, and erroneously swallowed balloons.
