NJ 75-Hour Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course
This is a 75 hour pre-license class to prepare you for the NJ State exam in order to get your NJ Real Estate License. The course includes review for the NJ State License Covering; Contracts, Landlord and Tenants law, Appraisals, License Law, Ethical and Fair Housing issues and much more. When you pass our course and then pass the NJ State Test you can also apply for the NY State License Test (to be licensed in NJ and NY).

Registration Fee is an additional $99 - This allows you to take the school test an unlimited amount of times for FREE (for up to 1 year). Once you pass the school test you have up to 1 Year from the day you register to pass the state test as well.
- Registration also guarantees if you miss class for any reason you are allowed to come back for another complete class or retake the class dates/hours that you missed.

Book Fee ($75) - Includes current version Real Estate Law Book, Original E-Book for Studying on the go, and the Study Guide with all topics required to pass the state test.

Classes run on evenings Monday - Friday, from 6pm-11pm. Two Chapters per night and quizzes at the end of each chapter are required to be completed.
