After more than 8 years of experience with different barbershops, I was inspired by the hardworking people I have met to establish my own shop for residents of Washington, DC and other nearby areas. Sinatra’s Gentleman’s Barbershop is my way of helping others and giving back to the community that helped me get to where I am today. My journey in this field began when I was young and getting haircuts from my own family barbers. As I watched these fantastic barbers my admiration and fascination grew. With every talented design and precise fade I knew I wanted to do the same. I needed to do the same. I dreamt a lot about it; dedicated a lot of hours practicing it and worked humbly until I obtained my license. Determined, I began to work my way up and eventually became a shop manager. Today, I am a master barber’s license holder and a barber license educator and I LOVE what I do. I enjoy hosting and attending different barber social events where I can mingle with and learn from other experts in my profession. I also like using my knowledge and experience to teach others how to become effective and successful barbers. Some of those people whom I have taught are now proud owners of their own barbershops as well.
