Then, in the tradition of Japanese teppanyaki, they watch as their creations are brought to sizzling fruition atop crackling hot cast iron plates right in front of them.

This unique process gives diners maximum control over their meals, allowing them to cook their meat or tofu to their desired consistency, as well as customize their dish even further with the addition of speciality sauces.
