What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Skip Rock is a small craft distillery that produces a variety of spirits at their Snohomish distillery. We offer tastings in their tasting room and bottle sales. Tours available only through special appointments. Our unique portfolio of spirits is what sets us apart from others.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Skip Rock was started by cofounders Ryan & Julie Hembree out of their love of great food & drink. They wanted to focus on making great spirits from local materials.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping customers get to know a new spirit or appreciate something they thought they didn't like. Winning major spirit competitions rocks as well!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reactions are when customers find a spirit they absolutely love and has to tell everyone in the tasting room about it.
