    2. Weather (or any factors out of Skydive Windy City’s control) prevent skydiving (not customer thinks its too cold, they chose the day), customer can either reschedule or receive refund.
  • Weight restrictions: All participants must be under the maximum weight for their height as per this chart. See more information here.
  • Jump altitude: 14,000’ (up to one minute of free fall time and up to five minutes of parachute ride back to the landing area)
  • What to wear: lace-up sneakers (tennis or running shoes), comfortable clothes
  • Full-body jumpsuit, goggles, and gloves/hat (if needed) will be provided
  • What to bring: government-issued picture ID (passport, drivers license, or state ID
