Additional supplies like cartons, packing paper, packing tape, bubble wrap, and markers are available for purchase at time of service. Equipment provided includes dollies, furniture blankets, and floor protection. Smart Move vouchers must have all packing completed and boxes secured. High-value items should be kept on person. Smart Help vouchers must provide truck or pod for move. Smart Pack vouchers must make sure all materials are available. Jobs exceeding two hours will be charged the standard hourly rate. All customers are covered with $.60 per pound per article valuation protection. Additional valuation protection can be purchased for full-service customers.
