Since opening its first shop 15 years ago in Boulder, Colorado, Snarf's has served up a delicious menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches. Recoup after a long morning of dreading the long workweek ahead with one of more than 20 sandwiches ($5.25–$9.75), such as the roast beef and provolone or the italian sandwich, a toasty tetrad of salami, pepperoni, capicola, and mortadella smothered in a cheesy layer of provolone.
