What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Currently we employ around 40 employees at our Kalamazoo, MI location and occupy 40,000 square feet in the Midlink Business Park. High-end brand name equipment and quality instruction has given us a very successful niche in the southwest Michigan area.
What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring? Bring as much or as little as you like, we have whatever you need if you don't yet have your own equipment.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? What separates us from a lot of other baseball/softball retailers is our staff. Virtually everyone you'll meet in our retail store or on the phone plays the game and knows the game.
What do you love most about your job? With different associations having different rules and high-end product being made with various materials, it can be confusing. We pride ourselves on knowing the answers to all of your pertinent questions and leaving you satisfied with your experience.
