Sleek wooden tables and sliding wooden barn doors add a natural yet modern vibe to the open space. Here, guests can slide into the long communal table for a lively dining experience, or tuck into private tables for a more intimate affair, digging into steaming bowls of pho or vermicelli salads. Using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, the chefs also whip up hot wings and a Vietnamese version of sliders—crispy pork belly, scallions, and hoisin sauce into a bao bun.
