5 Hour Wine tasting experience: Up to 6 Guest
An Experience for up to six guests in our large passenger van, due to health department restrictions you are limited to 6 guests at this time. You are in control of the bus this day. We will pick your party up from the location of your choosing. You will have five hours of transportation ($75.00/hour in excess of 5). We will assist you in creating the itinerary that will fit your preferences. There is an abundant supply of water on board. All State/County mandated guidelines must be followed. We will provide each guest a personal bottle of hand sanitizer. Tasting Fees not included in tour.
6 Hour Wine tasting experience for two: Includes pick up/Drop off, charcuterie, and bottled water.
2 Seats on one of our Sonoma County Wine Tasting Tour. This is a shared group tour, limited to 6 guests. All State and County mandated guidelines must be followed. We will pick you up and drop you off. You will also have plenty of water on board to keep you hydrated. A personal bottle of hand sanitizer will be furnished to each guest. Each tour is different and we will be visiting either the Sonoma Valley, Dry Creek Valley, Russian River Valley or Alexander Valley. Tasting Fees not included in tour.
We will pick you up and drop you off at the location of your choosing in the Santa Rosa area. If your pick up is 30 minutes or more from Santa Rosa, we will ask for transportation fee to help offset our time and expenses.
A personal Charcuterie can be added for $10.00/person

About Sonoma Wine Rides
Christine and Jason were both born and raised in Sonoma County. Like many they both left Sonoma County to see what was "out there".... and like many they realized that Sonoma County was one of the best places to live on earth and they both returned around 2007.
In 2008 Christine and Jason met at the gym and they began a true friendship. They both had a passion for their San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, and San Francisco 49ers. They also were quite fond of a good ole IPA. They would also from time to time, go out and enjoy some wonderful wine from our region. They are both partial to Zinfandel, but like the nuances of all the different varietals.
In 2012....... yes sometimes it takes that long for all of the planets to finally align, they were both single and officially went on their "first date" (they had been on many dates before -- this one had a kiss at the end). They realized that they did not ever want to kiss anyone else for the first time, and devoted their lives to each other by getting married in 2014.
Jason spend most of his adult life working in the corporate world, the ol 9-5 boring life. He had reached the point where he needed a change as he wasn't happy doing what he was doing any more. He had many discussions with Christine on what to do, many of these discussion were over fabulous bottles of wine that they had acquired visiting some of their favorite wineries. One night they were enjoying one of their favorite bottles of Zinfandel and he said I would love to share this bottle with everyone. Christine said ..... why don't you. He was a little confused. She said you are not happy doing what you are doing, why don't you start a wine tour company.
The idea sat in the back of Jasons head and as he would go through the daily grind at his corporate job he would day dream about creating a wine tour company. He began to do the research on what it would take to create a company like that. The steps that it wold take seemed daunting, but Jason and Christine decided to take the plunge and begin the process of creating a transportation company and Sonoma Wine Rides.
Their goal in creating Sonoma Wine Rides, was to create a comfortable wine tour company. They want to put their guests in touch with wineries they may not have heard of before. They want their guests to purchase bottles of wine, join wine clubs fall in love with what they love about the area. The experience at Sonoma Wine Rides is not so much a party bus, nor is it a stuffy wine snob experience. It is an introduction to fabulous wines. Sonoma Wine Rides has relationships with some of the best wineries in Sonoma Valley, Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley and the Russian River Valley.
