Craniosacral therapy (CST) uses light touch to relieve tensions deep in the body and facilitate central nervous system repair and correction. As this is not massage, the sensation of depth and release of tension will feel different. CST requires profound listening that stillness and gentle touch can provide. This is usually very relaxing.

Your response to stillness is a consideration as to whether this therapy is right for you. If stillness and body connection welcome relaxation by trusting the practitioner's skill, this therapy is right for you and results will accrue according to your investment in the work. If stillness creates a stress response, consider your ability to work through sensation with the practitioner. Avoidance of stillness makes this therapy a poor fit for you. Many chronic patterns will require multiple sessions, weekly or biweekly, depending on length and severity of condition. The 60 minute session can be fully clothed

Jaw, Head and Neck Treatment (TMJ Craniosacral): Best results when 3 sessions or more are planned: relieves head, neck and jaw pain due to stress/tension, car accidents or structural misalignment. treatment will be gentle, specific and effective. We start superficial and release areas from the outside in. Intra-oral work a recommended option within client comfort level. If new to CST, please expect first session to be focused on the larger system, opening and preparing the mouth for specific work.

Lymphatic Drainage: gentle light massage directs lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes and drain into the main ducts. The lymphatic system cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, and dead cells from the blood. Stage 0 and 1 level Lymphedema only. Acute stage injuries/surgeries will be treated above acute site.
