Prep all work areas with drop clothes or plastic. Attach HEPA Vacuum negative air machine to supply plenum (if accessible) or nearest supply vent. Remove all grills/vents and bring outside for cleaning. Cover all openings with foam or grill mask to ensure duct system is sealed. Clean entire duct system with HEPA-vacuum in conjunction with compressed air whips and/or cable driven roto-brush with 18” soft nylon tip through every duct run. Work from furthest run towards negative air machine while keeping other vents sealed. Clean up of all work areas when complete. Free inspection of air handler included. Additional Recommendations will be made by technician if mold or bacteria appears to be present anywhere in HVAC system, or if the air handler is contaminated in any way. Price covers up to 10 vents, additional vents are $29 per. Vents over 12 feet are additional. Condominiums have additional fee of $125
