Dr. Stephen Shafer's schooling didn't stop when he graduated from the University of Louisville's Dental School in 1974. In fact, it's still going on today. So far, he has completed more than 500 hours of continuing education coursework and has studied at the Zimmer Institute for Dental Implants, learning advanced techniques for restoring implant-retained dentures to hybrid bridges.
