A nutrition counselor can be a supportive resource in helping you make healthier choices and will work with you to identify problems and gaps in your nutrition and suggest ways to incorporate healthy foods into your lifestyle. The consultation also includes options to add semaglutide, tirzepatide, and or MICC weekly injections for an additional fee which is discounted.
• IF YOU CHOSE TO PURCHASE SEMAGLUTIDE, TIRZEPATIDE AND OR MICC INJECTIONS IT IS AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE. THE WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM INVOLVES ONCE A WEEK WEIGH-IN, NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING AND ACCESS TO TELEHEALTH VISITS.

Optional Medication Overview:

• Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Injections are once-a-week dose that works by mimicking hormones that target areas of the brain involved in regulating appetite and food intake. This can help you eat less and lead to weight management. Our Semaglutide & Tirzepatide are combined with B12 for energy, metabolism boost, sleep cycle regulation, and a better patient experience with decreased nausea.

Procedure

• Subcutaneous (Sub-q) Injection, self-administered in the fatty abdominal area or thigh. Telehealth or in-person tutorial provided after purchase.

Dosage and Frequency

• Once a week, taken on the same day each week, any time of day, with or without food (Detailed dosing schedule will be provided with the home kit)

Diet and Exercise

• Healthy eating and activity are recommended.

IMPORTANT!

• This product follows a titration schedule. All patients must start with the month 1 dose. After month 1, the dosage per injection increases gradually in months 2, 3, and 4. Lastly, the maintenance dose can be ongoing for up to 8 months depending on your goals.
