What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
/[I was] a licensed cosmetologist, aesthetician, certified massage therapist, and spa manager/director of some of New York City’s top hotel spas before deciding to concentrate on being a therapist and having my own private spa practice.

What do you love most about your job?
I love interacting with my clients.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
This place is great. Yesterday I got a full facial and it was a wonderful experience. I came in with a lot of skin problems, major whiteheads, blackheads, and acne. I was given a fantastic treatment which included a pumpkin peel and a full 20-minute extraction session on my face.
