For vouchers and Gift Certificates, the SAME DAY RESCHEDULING FEE is $30 per person for a 60 minutes session and $40 per person for a 90 minutes session. The gift certificate/voucher will be automatically redeemed for NO SHOW and SAME DAY CANCELLATION. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgot their appointment, will be considered a “no-show” and charged for their “missed” appointment for the total amount of the scheduled session.
