During each cruise aboard the Spirit of Boston, guests take in views of Boston's historical skyline from an expansive open-air deck before being escorted to a table in the ship's dining room. Surrounded by windows for continually unobstructed views, guests dive into a freshly prepared buffet menu of upscale cuisine such as asian-styled short ribs, herb-crusted haddock drizzled with a lemon caper sauce, and cavatelli pasta with roasted vegetables tossed in fontina cream sauce. Throughout the feast, Spirit of Boston's music serenades guests with melodic tunes and engaging entertainment. Later, a live DJ encourages guests to take to the dance floor, pumping out popular hits as the dining room morphs into an elegant club. Boarding begins at 6:30 p.m. Monday–Saturday and at 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
