About STEAM Works Studio
There are many kids' education programs rooted in STEM, which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. But STEAM takes it one step further by adding an "A" to the acronym: Arts. This means that, in addition to learning basic coding skills and engineering principles in small classes, youngsters in grades ranging from K to 12 can try their hand at the likes of animation, website design, and 3D printing and modeling. During camps or workshops that range from robotics to programming, kids can also partake in hand-ons “making” sessions designed to help make math and science lessons stick.
