Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Our MMA program has two age groups. Junior MMA is for ages 7-12 and our Basic MMA is for ages 13 and up.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We opened our first school in December of 1997 and our goal was to provide the best instruction and best facility for our area. At SMAA, it’s all about changing lives through the martial Arts (kempo karate, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, MMA and Kickboxing).
What do you love most about your job?
The people I meet and the families that come to our school. They are what makes Stryker Martial Arts Academy number one in the Bristol / Abingdon area.
