About Studio50 Fitness

The mission of Studio50 to provide low impact high intensity workouts that are effective, efficient, and fun! Scorch class is a low impact high intensity interval training workout based on tabata method performed in the infrared heat. Helps you to burn the maximum amount of fat and calories. The highlights of the studio are the well trained, positive, motivating instructors. The studio also features two brand new custom designed rooms. One featuring Megaformer Machines. The other is an immaculate custom designed hot room equipped with infrared heat.

The studio schedule includes a variety of class types: Megaformer classes that combine strength training, cardio, core work, flexibility, and balance training; Scorch classes that provide Tabata-based workouts; yoga classes that feature breath-focused sequences of yoga poses.
