Susan, the namesake of Sweet Sweet Sue's, has worked with several high-profile clients thanks to her reputation for whimsical, intricate creations. She frequently designs cakes for weddings, as well as for birthdays, sweet sixteens, and other special occasions. Starting with one of the many flavors offered, custom cakes are filled, sculpted, and covered with rolled fondant. Finishing touches are then molded, painted, and placed on what amounts to a work of art.

Recently Sweet Sweet Sue's has added a few more directions to their business: a Cupcake Cafe, where guests nosh on gelato, smoothies, and, of course, cupcakes, and a series of cake-decorating classes offered for individuals, couples, groups, and parties.
