What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Symmetry Health Center has been at the forefront of non invasive health care since 2006. We are known for offering the most up to date and researched methods for non surgical and drug free treatment of common spinal conditions. We offer a unique and relaxed environment for our community.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our Yoga Instructors and Power Plate trainers are motivating and inspirational beings, who support clients of all fitness levels. It is our mission to provide a space for all to experience the benefits of these forms of movement.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The Bay Area was lacking a facility that provides this caliber of services all under one roof. We are often complimented on how nice it is to see a chiropractor, get a massage, and see a nutritionist all in one place. Now, we are proud to offer a beautiful yoga studio to our community.

What do you love most about your job?
It is rewarding at the end of the day when people approach you and tell you how much your business has changed their life. We help people live healthier, happier and pain free lives. That is something to be proud of.
