What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Our inspiration to start our own fitness facility started with a fire and passion for fitness. Both my partner and I studied exercise science in school and fell in love with the human body. This passion developed into creating a strong bonds between our clients that you can’t typically find in the fitness industry. This inspired us to cut through all the red tape that you typically see in a corporate facility and create something that means more to people than just fitness; here we are all family.

What do you love most about your job? The best part about our job is that it doesn’t feel like work. We get to interact daily with a great group of people and we get to watch them develop new long lasting friendships. These new found friends instantly become workout buddies, attending the same classes and pushing each other through the workout. It is awesome to watch that bond develop into fantastic results.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The best reaction I have received from a customer started off with a teary eyed hug. This particular client transformed from feeling completely hopeless and sedentary to taking control of her life by losing a significant amount of weight. She struggled to express that she was unbelievably happy to have done something active with her young daughter for the first time in years. As they player her daughter looked up at her and said she was happy she started working at T&J and was so proud of her.
