Our focus is lifestyle. We truly take our time to help our members be 1% better every day. The support and accountability between our members and coaches is out of this world. Our fitness and kickboxing classes are fun and encouraging, we guarantee you are going to LOVE not only class but our fitness family! Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Our coaches are experienced in teaching any level of fitness! Our atmosphere of hard work and high energy is sure to light your fire and sooner than you know it your results will speak for themselves! Beginners should not be intimidated...we start new people at EVERY fitness level daily!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Natalie Tedesco, owner of Tedesco Body Shop, has a passion to help change the world through health and fitness. Between serving in the Army and devotion to making a difference, she has built a team of high performing, educated, energetic people, who all have a passion to help people reach their goals!

What do you love most about your job?

I love watching people learn to believe in themselves and find their sense of self-love. It is incredible to watch people develop through their new life journey. Our job is more than in the gym.
