Certified Ortho-Kinetics trainers perform an initial assessment, beginning with an interview to discuss fitness goals and one’s current health status. They then suss out any posture problems, muscular imbalances, and physical limitations that may be causing pain or preventing proper performance, and perform a joint-by-joint analysis. With this information, they create a custom fitness plan supplemented by any necessary corrective exercises and therapy treatments.
