Choose Between Two Options

Teachers certified by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors lead first-time divers through the PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, which opens with a classroom session including a short instructional video and a hands-on demonstration with actual scuba gear. Once students gain familiarity with the equipment, teachers lead their classes into the onsite pool to practice basic skills, including breathing comfortably underwater and discovering the funniest way to walk while wearing flippers. The class typically lasts about two hours, but may be longer or shorter depending on the necessary amount of instruction.

David Bullard, Davis Graham, and Gary Stahlhebar manage Texas Dive Center's new facilities with an eye toward equipping divers with everything they need, whether it's education or equipment.
