Despite the happy ending of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, many feel uncomfortable that the personalities were cuter and more relatable when inhabiting household objects. Indulge your preference for personification with today's Groupon and apply some of your own personality to a pot: for $10, you get $20 worth of paintable ceramics from The Artful Potter on Rainbow Boulevard.
The Artful Potter welcomes friends to gather for a small ceramics caucus or even a medium-sized ceramics jamboree. Upon arrival, the creative process commences with a choice from more than 300 pieces of the studio's paintable pottery. Paintable ceramic pieces range from $5 to $65, with most falling near the $20 price point, just right for the Groupon. Next, use a combination of stencils, stamps, laser guns, studio-provided idea books, and your brain's homegrown imaginative idea book to whip up a snazzy T-Rex on break at the Pop Tart factory or an artful depiction of the classical Venus emerging from the bottom of a coffee mug.
After selecting your colors, you can paint a practice portrait on your hand without wonky side effects, as all of The Artful Potter’s paints are non-toxic and water-soluble. If you have trouble shading the intricacies of your image, the friendly staff members are always on hand to assist as needed. Within the week following your visit, The Artful Potter team will apply a clear glaze to your customized creation, fire it in a kiln, and call it complete. Your work will be ready for pick-up within 5–7 days. Today's Groupon can be used toward the price of a studio pass, which allows customers access to the studio for one whole day, enabling them to come and go as they please.
This Groupon cannot be used on special events, including Ladies Night Out.
