About The Billy Goat Chip Company

The Billy Goat Chip Company's chef-chipmakers know how frustrating it can be to open a bag of chips and find only a small handful in there. That's why they never add nitrogen to their bags of chips. Because of this, each bag has to be hand-stuffed with The Billy Goat's signature crisps, a process that occurs almost 6,000 times per day.

The chipmakers think their meticulous method is worth the extra work, especially after they've gone to the trouble to create their ideal chip—one made from Idaho russet potatoes, with a long shape ideal for dipping and seasonings developed by the chipmakers in their restaurant. They welcome visitors to tour their factory to see how the process unfolds and to bag their own chips by hand.
