The Body Barre offers a variety of classes to meet all the clients fitness needs. Our unique design creates a place where clients can get cardio, strength and stretch all in one place. Baree, Yoga, Bootcamp, Strong by Zumba and Dancewerk make our studio a fun, high energy environment that will keep clients coming back for more!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Seeing clients coming out of their comfort zone and push themselves to commit to their goals and get stronger is the inspiration for creating The Body Barre. Helping people better themselves and gain confidence in the process is why we do what we do!
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that as you instruct your clients through a class that they are gaining strength and confidence that will carry through to their daily lives not just in the hour you have them in your class. There is such satisfaction in being a part of bettering other people’s lives and having a job that is not about you but about others.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction i have ever gotten from a client is she told me she avoided my classes because they were hard. She forced herself to come consistently and not only did she get stronger she pushed to the next level and became an amazing instructor.
