Patrons can play up the rich flavor of a cafe au lait cheesecake by pairing it with a brownie crust or request quirkier treats, such as blueberry-key-lime cheesecakes with a Rice Krispies crust. The Cheesecakery's bakers can even leave out the crust altogether and let patrons simply enjoy the creaminess of a sweet-potato coconut or peanut butter and jelly cheesecake by itself.

In addition to whipping up full-size cheesecakes, they create petite cheesecakes and cheesecake cupcakes. The cupcakes are particularly great for parties because they don't require any prep work, unlike an ice sculpture of each party guest.
