What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our goal is to help Maryland early childhood professionals advance through the Child Care Credential program by providing relevant, approved Core of Knowledge training. Improved Credential levels along with Director coaching will help programs achieve higher rankings in the MD EXCELS system.

What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is the opportunity to help adult learners and their early childhood programs realize improved ratings and credentials. I believe that incremental improvement creates the highest quality learning opportunities for young children.
