What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We follow strict CSIA, NFPA 211 (Residential Heating and Venting), and National Building Codes guidelines. Do to this we are on our toes as inspectors. There's a lot wrong in North Texas as any Certified Inspector in this industry can concur. You expect 100% accuracy and truth. We promise to do so.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We care! Too much crap! has gone on long enough. Too many lame home inspectors and project managers have missed so much. It's sickening. Trust us, we will catch it if anything is not right. Our passion to the truth is why I have personally continued to do this industry. We care about your lives!
What do you love most about your job?
We always have new experiences with each and every home. Every home has it's own story. It's challenging and fun to discover and narrate it to you. It usually is hard work to repair and restore most conditions of the appliance's venting sources and their structures. We take pride to give excellence.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The gratitude given, by the multitude of customer's thanks and appreciation, from discovering an eminent Fire Safety Threat or Health Safety threat that was in their home and knowing how to correct it properly. We love helping the community one home at a time. For that, we are truly grateful!
