Each premier vessel morphs into a floating banquet hall once dinner begins, featuring outdoor viewing decks and climate-controlled, indoor dining cabins. Menus vary slightly by cruise, each beginning with a dinner salad and ending with a seasonal dessert. Thursday dinners have Italian roots, with lightly breaded ricotta and herb-stuffed chicken breast followed by homemade pasta, whereas Wednesday and Friday's classic menu features grilled steak and garlic mashed potatoes with fresh vegetables, along with grilled chicken breast on Wednesdays and grilled salmon on Friday.
