However, if you pre book another appointment, the deposit will go towards your next service. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment. No-shows or no-calls will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked service. The deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled if arriving later than 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment.
