Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We give our students fun goals that they work towards in a community setting. Learning new tricks is fun at any age, and when those tricks make you stronger, healthier, and more balanced, it's enough to keep anyone coming back!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Gymnastics conditioning is essential to injury prevention and rehabilitation. Because gymnastics is core-centric, safe, and simply promotes better movement, it should be an foundational part of EVERY human's exercise routine, and especially any athlete.
What do you love most about your job?
Gymnastics is impressive. Watching students achieve new skills is incredibly rewarding, because it takes hard work to achieve any skill with beautiful technique. Knowing what goes into every skill, I'm always impressed and inspired by my students.
