While most kids her age were away at college, Drew Geer was opening The Little Pierogi & Crepe Kitchen. The 21-year-old entrepreneur founded the eatery in her hometown of Wyandotte in 2014, and since then, she's been busy hand crafting 9-inch sweet and savory crepes and hot pan-fried pierogis. She stuffs the crêpes full of three types of cheese or her apple-pie filling, followed by graham crackers and caramel. And she packs classic and unconventional fillings into pierogis, from chicken bacon ranch to mac 'n' cheese.
