The dinner includes the following for each guest:

Each meal begins with creamy cheese fondue complete with artisan breads and seasonal veggies, followed by a choice of freshly-made salad. The third course lets guests create their own entrees from a selection of beef, seafood, pork, poultry, pasta, and vegetarian options, all accompanied by fresh vegetables and premium dipping sauces. Cold-water lobster tail may be added for an additional fee.
