The Original Las Vegas Buffet puts most standard buffets to shame. Everyday, the restaurant unveils a Chinese spread of more than 60 items for brunch and lunch. Carrying trays or carting a dorm-room fridge, guests move from one station to the next to load up appetizers, soups, salads, and hot entrées. The buffet accommodates non-meat eaters, too, with more than 20 vegetarian options available. After passes through the buffet, guests enjoy their meals in a dining area bordered by stone and marble embankments and illuminated by large, round light fixtures hanging overhead.
