About The PYP Studio
Founded in 2012, The PYP Studio is guided by positive reinforcement, challenges, and playful, lighthearted encouragement. The owners named the gym after their belief—interpreted as Power Your Possibilities (PYP, get it?)—that a sense of personal growth is key to developing physical and mental strength. Their schedule of classes includes yoga, cycling, and Pilates, as well as specially designed interval-training disciplines.
- Two fitness studios: Both have the ability to host hot yoga thanks to heat supplied by an eco-friendly source. (Towels, luxury tiled showers, and lockers for personal belongings—including a change of clothes—encourage practitioners to get sweaty.) Other yoga sessions also take place in these studios, as do TRX and barre.
- Cycling theater: The state-of-the-art facility offers Keiser M3i magnetic flywheel bikes, which are equipped with digital performance screens and Bluetooth technology.
- Pilates studio: Six exercisers at a time can use the Pilates Reformers in this private room to challenge their cores and lengthen their muscles.
