Hearty entrees include organic salmon ($22) and protein-packed short rib ($25), dishes perfectly finished with selections from The Quarter Bistro’s extensive wine list. Softly lit walls and flower arrangements buoy the restaurant’s romantic atmosphere, making it an ideal environment in which to propose the marriage of two humans or two CD collections.
