For more than 17 years, The RAC Health Complex has made working out as easy as possible. For one thing, the gym stays open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing devout nine-to-fivers and certified night owls alike to exercise on their own schedule. For another thing, the owners have filled the 8,000-square-foot facility with an array of weight machines and cardio equipment, leaving enough room for floor exercises but taking up enough room to prevent impromptu square dances.
