What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We strive to help one another lead a healthy lifestyle through fitness and food. We are very family oriented and provide lots of support.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I always have a smile on my face and that helps them stay positive in class. I verbally and physically help motivate my students throughout each class making sure they get the best workouts in.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was always a dancer who wanted to run my own dance studio. I recently was introduced to fitness and wanted to combine them both to help the current community stay healthy and fit.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. If I can help someone stay fit and reach their life goals, that motivates me reach out to more people.
